After the regatta in Palma it is usually a tradition to stay on for a week and enjoy the great rides around the island. 300km and over 6500 metres of climbing up some spectacular mountains over 4 days. It's now time to head to Hyeres or the World Cup. </div>

Super tough medal race today. Not much went right so I finished 9th in the race. I slipped to 6th overall. Seems to be my number here. 3 years in a row now and my bow number was 6. Plenty to work on before the World Cup in Hyeres. Thanks everyone for the on going support. It is definitely much appreciated. </div>

Tough last day of finals. Very light seabreeze made for some close and extremely tough racing. Could only managed a 20th and a 18th but thanks to a solid week it didn't hurt me to much overall. Still sitting in 5th with points close for the top few spots. Medal race tomorrow and the last chance to get on the podium. </div>

Found a good groove today in the building waves and breeze. After winning the first race I then came from behind to grab 5th in the second. It has moved me up to 2nd with 2 more races tomorrow before the medal race. </div>

Day 3 and we finally had an early day. A great 15-17 knots meant we could get both races done relatively quickly. Was some extremely close and tough racing in gold fleet. Managed a 7th and a 9th to move to 6th overall. Still very close at the top of the fleet. Plenty of racing left to keep moving up. </div>

3 races on day 2. Didn't get off the water till after 7:30. Started the day well with a 5 but struggled in the last two only managing a 16th and a 8th. 8th going in to finals tomorrow with the wind looking extremely light for the rest of the week. A few more long days ahead. </div>

We are officially back in Europe. Spending 8 hours on the water and only getting one race in. The wind was between 0 and 30 knots which made it impossible to set a course. The one race we did do I finished in 2nd. Solid start to the regatta with 3 races planned. </div>

Since Miami last month I have spent a week at home having a bit of time off but now I have been in Sydney for just over a week to get back in to the training. It's been great to get back the the group again and looking forward to some intense session before heading to Europe. </div>

3rd overall at the isaf sailing World Cup in Miami. Finished 2nd in the race to solidify the result. Thank you to everyone for the ongoing support. </div>

Only one way to describe today's race and that was shocking. 0-5knots and shifty. Could only get 30th but some other top sailors had a bad race too so still in 3rd going in to the medal race. I can't catch 2nd and I am 13 points in front of fourth. Looking to just finish the regatta off strong and consolidate the 3rd. </div>

Today just didn't seem to be my day. Couldn't get my head around the shifts. Although I did fight back in both races which could have been shockers. Scoring a 12th and a 16th. Not great and slipped down to 3rd overall. Still close at the top with 2 races to go before the medal race. </div>

Extremely shifty day 3. First day of gold and had a bit of a shock. Could only manage 20th in the first race but finished the day with a solid 4th. This has moved me in the lead by a point. </div>

Arrived in Miami last night and went for my first sail today. First trip to Miami so spent the day getting used to the conditions. Looking forward to the first international regatta for the year. </div>

Another 25 knot day in Mandurah for the Nationals. Managed to find an extra gear upwind to get two wins today. With two drops out of 12 races means that I can't get better than second and can't get worse than second going in to tomorrow. Congratulations to Tom Burton for the win. Enjoyed the extremely close racing throughout the week. Will head out tomorrow keen to finish off with two more firsts </div>

First day of racing for 2015 today. Another two extremely close races in 20 knots. 2 more seconds for me but made some progress with my downwinds so not everything is bad. </div>

Another extremely tough end to the year. A solid 25knots in both races. First race was another second but finished the year off strong getting a first. Day off tomorrow before the last 3 days of racing. </div>

Tough day 2 yesterday. Felt like a bit of deja vu with posting another 2 seconds. The racing at the top is extremely close so just got to keep pushing. </div>

Had a quick burn around comet bay this morning to sharpen up before the start of the Nationals tomorrow. Looks like a windy week expected and looking forward to the close racing. </div>

Day 5 brought a very hot northerly which was decreasing in strength all day. We just got two races in. In the first I fought back to finish 4th but in the second I got caught up in a battle with Tom to finish 13th. This was my drop so still sitting in 2nd going in to tomorrow's medal race. </div>

Day 4 was extremely tough for myself. After hitting the water not feeling 100% I struggled in the first race getting an 11th. I managed to bounce back in the second to minimise the loss and get a 2nd. Still sitting in 2nd overall</div>

Day 2 meant a late start and finish for us as light wind early afternoon saw the fleet before us being postponed which pushed us back. When the solid 10-17 knots came in we got two races away. Managed to get a 2nd and a 1st to move me up to 2nd overall. </div>

Day 1 of Sail Melbourne brought tough sailing. Started the day well with a 3rd but could only manage a 10th in the second race. Sitting in 4th overall with a lot of racing left. Later start tomorrow so hopefully the wind will settle for racing. </div>
