I have been in Sydney for the last few days training with the rest of the laser squad. Been great to get back with the guys. A few more days of training here in rainy Sydney before heading to Canberra for a couple of days. 

Had my first coupe of sessions back in the boat after some much needed time off. Always nice getting back in to the boat and getting the training underway again. We have the mini series on the river this weekend which should be good fun. Then a couple of weeks training before all the travel starts again.
